Fashion House Thom Brown faces off in court with Adidas!
Fashion House Thom Browne is currently in court with Adidas over the well known striped motif. It was found that Thom Browne's recent activewear collection featuring the striped motif "imitates" Adidas decades old branding. Adidas has been known for using the "three striped motifs" since 1949, but there is still the argument that Thom Browne has plagiarized Adidas use of the striped motif even though his recent collection features the "Four Bar Signature."
