Lil Durk recently shared photos of him with J. Cole shooting a music video, hinting that the pair's collaboration is set to arrive soon
Those waiting in great anticipation for J. Cole and Lil Durk's collaboration may be happy with some recent social media activity out of the latter.
On Instagram, Durk shared multiple photos of him and Cole appearing to shoot a music video, as they are surrounded by extras in some pictures while working with the production crew in others. In the caption of the post, Durk typed "I’m sorry for the wait I’m still healing s/o my dawg Jcole #almosthealed" followed by an emoji of palm hands.

Durk had teased a collaboration with Cole while at the Dreamville Festival earlier this month, declaring in an interview Rob Markman, Gia Peppers and Wayno that he was planning to work with the North Carolina artist. "I was gon’ do it anyway...I wanted to do it anyway getting to the festival world, but me and J. Cole cooking up something too. We just vibing, working, you know what I’m saying?"
Durk also revealed in the sit-down that his next album, The Voice 2.0, is on the way. "Yeah, we finna drop it. You gotta keep em on they toes," he stated.
