Gunna seemingly dissed by Lil Durk on socials while contending with being Meek Mill and Lil Baby unfollowing him on social media
Gunna, who was recently charged as a part of the RICO-indictment case involving YSL, may have been dissed by Lil Durk not long after artists Meek Mill and Lil Baby choose to unfollow the convicted rapper on Instagram. On the site, Lil Durk posted a snippet of a new song in with lyrics that may have been alluding towards Gunna choosing to take a plea-deal in the RICO-case against him and Young Thug's Young Slime Life group (YSL). The lyrics recited are:
“What happened to Virgil? He probably gon’ tell / I let him go because Timo ain’t selling / Thank 7 and Booka, I’m bragging on Melvin / When lil boo and them mad, it ain’t nothing you can tell them / I can tell you what I did for the streets / You got the paperwork, did it and reached / I got on Clubhouse and got in the beef”
Gunna and Lil Durk previously collaborated on "What Happened to Virgil' as a part of the former artist's album from last year, 7220.
Rappers Lil Baby and Meek Mill have also seemingly unfollowed Gunna on Instagram, as fans have noticed. Lil Baby and Gunna have been in a number of notable collaborations like "25K Jacket" and "Chanel (Go Get it)," as well as the hit mixtape Drip Harder.
Amidst the repercussions of taking the plea-deal, Gunna insists that he has not snitched on anyone since being released from jail in December. In a statement to WSB-TV last month, the charged-YSL member affirmed his position. “While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way,” he declared.
