Ahead of her new album BORN IN THE WILD singer-songwriter Tems performed her own Tiny Desk Concert. In honor of Black Music Month, Tiny Desk has committed to celebrating Black Music Month with nine Black women artists combining musical artists from the past and present.
Dressed in royal blue and stunning in her signature makeup look Tems kicked off her set with her song "Me & U." After performing and hearing the crowd's applause and reaction the artist can be seen smiling, blushing and even saying, "Wow, I'm feeling so shy." Providing a glimpse into her new album Tems treated the audience to two exclusive unreleased tracks "Unfortunate" and "Forever." Afterward, she brought it all home with a quick history recap on "Love Me Jeje." Her debut album BORN IN THE WILD drops on Friday, June 7th. Apple Music users can listen to the album right now.
